Reiki 1st Degree

REIKIRAYS WORKSHOPS
 
Reiki 1st degree classes are held over 2 days and you will receive four attunements which connects you to the Reiki energy. This connection lasts an entire lifetime.
 
On the first day of the workshop, you will learn the history of Reiki, the basic hand positions for self treatment. Time is provided for students to begin practicing Reiki on themselves.
 
On the second day, you will learn how to use this energy as well as how to give a treatment to someone else under the caring supervision of the Reiki Teacher.
